Find simple ways to increase your happiness and gain more resilience on a day to day basis.

Excited to share this course with you!Over the 4 weeks we&#x27;ll look at happiness theory and models, gratitude, self compassion and mindfulness. We&#x27;ll look at how we can put it into practice in our lives. It&#x27;s great learning things, but if we never use it, it&#x27;s less helpful to us. There&#x27;ll be practical exercises, time for sharing ideas and more.Looking forward to helping you find your happy!Any questions, drop me a line at em@emmacolley.co.ukThe sessions will run on Zoom on June 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th - 7pm-8.30pm.Tickets available via Eventbrite or direct (PayPay, bank transfer or cash, or cheque all accepted).There&#x27;ll be homeplay between sessions so you can build on the learning in the session times too.About EmEm Colley has worked with people for over 15 years in a healthcare capacity, working extensively with homeopathy in particular, as well as food and meditation. She loves seeing clients make progress and enjoys studying different areas to be able to add to what she offers.She trained as a Happiness Facilitator with the Museum of Happiness in November 2021 and is excited to be sharing simple tips and ideas with you that can be easily incorporated into everyday life.
