Rebirthing Club Of London has been enabling people to experience this transformative breathwork therapy since 2012. Purnima has been holding groups around the world since 2001. The wind of love brings it, for the very first time to the lovely Cornwall community just before the pandemic. It&#x27;s with joy that the sessions are back!Rebirthing enlivens our relationships, activates our creativity, and helps us to make better decisions in life! It&#x27;s Spring time, Rebirthing acts as Spring Cleaning in your being!

Rebirthing/Breathwork Therapy is a defined breath technique, that gently and consciously releases memories/stress, creating space for changes in your life. It reveals our inner wisdom that helps us to improve our quality of life.Rebirthing is completely safe! Everything that emerges in a Rebirthing session was experienced before and held inside by suppressing your breath. By doing Rebirthing you get the chance to release them and get your freedom.The session:- The facilitator will give you an induction that teaches you, in detail, how to do your session throughout the five elements of Rebirthing:1. Circular Breathing2. Awareness3. Acceptance4. Integration5. Relaxation- You will be asked to lie down on a comfortable mat to perform your session.- The whole process takes 90min on average. In total, we will be together for 3 hours.

ABOUTRebirthing Club of London (RCL) was founded by the therapist Ma PremPurnima (Lilian Cordeiro de Melos) in 2012. Our goal is to propagate this therapy and make it affordable to everybody enabling this technique to be experienced in groups as a regular treatment in the city of London. The very first group session happened in New Cross to attend a group of Goldsmith master&#x27;s degree students. Since then, the sessions have been delivered at different venues, also for private groups and Yoga/Detox retreats, and travelling abroad to Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Bali, and Brazil.
