FREE after school Mindfulness Moments For Minis. A time for children to reconnect and calm their minds. 
 Suitable for Age 5- 10 years old.

<h3>Mindfulness, at its simplest, is paying attention to what is happening in the present moment. It may be what you’re feeling, hearing, or anything else you notice. There’s no special place of calm you have to reach and it’s not about clearing your mind, it’s just an honest and kind look at what you’re experiencing in this moment. </h3><p>By teaching mindfulness to children they learn the skills they need to build self-awareness, confidence and cope with stress. Mindfulness can help children deal with tough emotions and help them learn ways to relax and calm the mind and the body. </p><p>This session is suitable for children age 5-10 years of age. I am fully DBS checked and certified. Parents are welcome to stay with their child if they wish or if it is appropriate you can leave them to enjoy some peaceful moments with me and you can have a browse downstairs at the beautiful goods in the shop or nip for a quiet coffee! </p><p>Join me upstairs in Chirpy, 148 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds, LS7 4NZ</p>
