Letgo Studio has been hosting Workshops and  events across Sussex and beyond since 2014 promoting the Arts and Health.Emily Rose is the founder of Letgo Studio and is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Clinical Massage Therapist - Mindfulness Coach, Life Drawing Tutor & Artist.

Relaxation Life Drawing at the Brighton Tattoo Collective6 - 8pm - Every last Thursday Relax and draw All abilities welcome. Inspiring, creative, relaxing space to unwind.Mixture of short and long dynamic posesTypical evening will start with 3 x 5 min poses, followed by 2 x 20 min poses - a break - then 30 - 40 mins, ending with some short 1-5 min poses. Letgo Life Drawing promotes the freedom of drawing - a natural way of practising mindfulness. By drawing you&#x27;ve focused you attention on the present moment. Letgo Drawing originated at the Black Dove and has been running every Wednesday since feb 2014 plus at other events across Sussex and beyond including bespoke party&#x27;s.Novice, new comer and old hands from all walks of life are welcomed to a relaxed and inspiring environment to draw freely at your own pace.Develop new techniques or relax in the moment and the mark making.
