Fun, energising and unique dance-focused fitness class  with dance moves that originate from Africa, the Caribbean and the UK.

Reggae Aerobics (Reggaerobics) is a fun, energising and unique dance-focused fitness class with great upbeat music and tailored options for all abilities. The dance moves originate from Africa, the Caribbean and the UK, fused with traditional aerobic and core exercises.This session is for ALL and will be led by Chrystle and hosted at Better Space; 127 Farringdon Road. It is very important to stay hydrated throughout the class and take as many breaks as required. Some exercises can be done seated if that is more comfortable. Attendees should inform the instructor before class commences of any injuries such as knee or back problems as well as pregnancies. Please arrive no earlier than 6pm, unless you book a taster coworking day or day pass which can be done by emailing betterspace@city.ac.uk.
