Maria is an ANFT Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and Coach, EcoNidra Teacher, Therapetic writing teacher, story weaving facilitator and Mindfulness/ Compassion Teacher.She is the founder of Mindful Connections where she facilitates both individual, group and private experiences to help increase balance, stillness and much needed rest.She works with public groups, 1:1 individualised coaching & mentoring and private teams to help promote  wellbeing, balance and resilience.After a period of work related burn out in 2001 and 2002, Maria found a path to her own restoration during a solo journey along the West Coast of Ireland.She is dedicated to helping  others find their own balance, stillness and rediscovery through the healing power of Nature and Connection, natural silence and self care practices.

Nature & Forest Bathing | Wellbeing Wanders

Our wellbeing wanders in Nature, (be it deep within a woodland or along our beaches and seashores) , offer a real chance to slow down, ignite our senses and connect with our natural environments and our own true nature.

We run this particular event a couple of times a year - to be notified of new events please subscribe / follow our page.

This week is great for rekindling your connection with nature and your own inner nature. Each day you will be offered different invitations and practices to try for yourself - which will help you to slow down, observing your environment and what’s around you. Each day there will be a live session via Insight Timer. (This is free meditation app ). Each day will be approx 10-15 minutesThese live sessions will take you through the daily practice as well as a brief chat up on how the days connection has been for you and your reflections.You will also be invited to both a live EcoNIDRA session and or a Virtual Forest Bathing Session.This is being offered on a donations basis , free to join and donations can be made through Insight Timer.Once registered the links to join will be sent to you.
