<h2>Ashwika Kapur</h2>Ashwika Kapur (or simply just Ash) is a qualified Science Communicator and an award-winning Natural History Filmmaker. A few years ago, she was recognized for having become India’s youngest and only woman to win the Panda Award or The Green Oscar in a Global Category. She won Best Emerging Filmmaker for a quirky, rags-to- riches film about a celebrity Kakapo – Sirocco.In the last 6 years, Ash's time &amp; projects have been split between India, UK and New Zealand. Over the years, Ash has worn many hats: She's worked as a self-shooting director/producer, a researcher, a development A.P, a camera-operator and now, she’s making her debut as an International TV presenter for CBBC.

<h2>Dan O'Neill</h2>Dan O'Neill is a wildlife television presenter, film director, zoologist, creative producer and LGBTQIA+ activist. After working internationally as an expedition researcher and video journalist, he joined the BBC’s Natural History Unit, presenting for BBC Earth.His background as a field biologist has equipped him with an extensive knowledge of rainforest biodiversity and survival skills, particularly in the Neotropics.Outside of presenting, Dan has worked creatively on a variety of other projects. In 2022, Dan paired up with Grammy award winning musician Imogen Heap to co-create the music behind the groundbreaking new Audible Original podcast, Climate of Change, hosted by Oscar-winning Actress Cate Blanchett. Each track samples wildlife recordings from adventures around the world curated and produced by Dan and woven into music by Imogen. The duo imbued hidden conservation and natural history messaging into each piece to create a meaningful and rich story behind the score. Dan is a graduate of the prestigious Master's program in Wildlife Filmmaking in Bristol partnered with the BBC Natural History Unit. With conservation dreams in mind Dan created Wilderland Film Festival - the UK’s first ever touring wildlife film festival. Wilderland will return to UK theatres at the end of 2022. Alongside the festival, the Wilderland TV youtube channel has already gained 26,000 subscribers and continues to share independent wildlife films from around the world. Dan is an advocate for increased representation in the LGBTQI+ community in STEM and in wildlife film careers. He is proud to share his experiences, work with brands and on campaigns in order to raise awareness of the challenges the community faces. His work has been featured in The i, Broadcast Magazine, Attitude Magazine, Gay Times and more.

<h2>Dawood Qureshi</h2>Dawood Qureshi (they/she), is a queer, writer, Journalist, Researcher at BBC Natural History Unit and BBC Earth, Wildlife Film-maker, Ambassador for the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, Engagement Officer for the youth led nature organisation A Focus On Nature, Activist, Marine Biology graduate and Speaker/Presenter.They believe strongly in the power of storytelling; it is quite possibly the strongest form of communication we have and as a writer and journalist, I have contributed to multiple sites and blogs, such as The Wildlife Trusts, The Beaver Trust, A Focus On Nature, National Student Pride, and many more. In Dawood's opinion, Journalism allows for questions to be asked, much like scientists do, and thus allows us to take apart what is right and wrong and open up discussions and ideas that may never have been explored otherwise. They take great pride in the words that they put on a page, and speak and write about topics ranging from diversity and politics to butterflies and birds; and have been featured on podcasts speaking of these issues, including Into The Wild hosted by Ryan Dalton, Get Birding with Mya-Rose Craig and am a co-host of the podcast The Call of Nature. As a speaker they are aware of the great influence words can have on actions, and as such, are an Ambassador of The Bumblebee Trust and Engagement Officer for A Focus On Nature, both roles that allow them to engage with audiences and raise awareness to multiple issues in our natural environment, in order to become a strong force for change. As a Filmmaker and Photographer, they use the power of imagery to capture the attention of those around me and bring the issues they think are important to the forefront, all whilst telling a story and exploring a narrative. This generation is the next inheritor of the planet, and as a strong believer in the power of people and the environment working together, we must protect it as one of our own, and strive to live in harmony with it.

<h2>Georgia Torres - Host</h2>Georgia is Wildscreen's Sustainability and Outreach Coordinator, and has a demonstrated history of working in the charitable sector. Passionate about environmental awareness, sustainability, environmental education and communication and the democratisation of natural world stories. Skilled multi-tasker with extensive policy analysis and research experience. MSc in Environmental Policy and Management from University of Bristol. Currently focused on a variety of exciting outreach programmes working to engage emerging talent and the wider public with natural world storytelling.
