Join our family-friendly bike ride round Islington's LTNs and get some BeatBox points aong the way !

As part of Islington&#x27;s Beat the Streets, Cycle Islington has organised a family-friendly cycle ride round our low traffic neighbourhoods during the GoExplore week. We will include at least ten beat boxes so come along and get points for your school, community group or charity. If you haven&#x27;t yet registered your card, sign up <a href="https://www.beatthestreet.me/islington/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a> Please note that:- all children need to be accompanied by an adult- if you have symptoms of Covid, please stay at home- your bike needs to be in good working order !We will be cycling past local cafes and shops for an essential part of any social bike ride; coffee, cake and icecream. The ride will be about 10 km long and will be at a leisurely pace; we will have a ride leader and marshalls to keep everyone safe.Set off from outside Highbury Leisure centre with your Beat the Streets cards as we&#x27;ll have a special mobile beatbox which will be giving out double points; we will end at New River Walk very near the Marquess pub.Please arrive at 1345 latest as we&#x27;ll be setting off promptly at 1400 after our ride leader&#x27;s briefing.
