This workshop will provide tips and exercises to reduce stress and worry by focusing the mind in the now. Whether you are new to mindfulness or well practised, this workshop will help you to feel better, reduce your stress, so you can enjoy life in work or at home a little more. 


1000-1045 + 15 min Q&amp;A	Managing Money - Financial Wellbeing Workshop
Financial stress and worry can affect our mental health, our personal relationships, and even the quality of our sleep. During this workshop you will learn simple, practical strategies to help improve your personal finances along with tips on how budget effectively.


1300-1345 + 15 min Q&amp;A	Eat Well for Mental Health
We all know that eating too much sugar or drinking too much coffee can leave us feeling ‘wired yet tired’ and affect our sleep. Nutrition can have a positive or negative effect on our mind and our mood. This presentation will discuss the positive impact healthy food can have on mental health and mood.


1400-1445 + 15 min Q&amp;A	How to Soothe an Anxious Mind	
Stress and anxiety are part of all of our lives, especially during times of uncertainty. However, we don’t need to be enslaved by our anxiety; Here you will learn strategies to soothe and restore emotional balance and harmony when you feel overwhelmed or uncertain in life.
