1000-1045 + 15 min Q&amp;A	Becoming Financially Resilient Money - 6 Tips to Organising Money
Taking the time to manage your money better can really pay off. Learning how to budget can help you stay on top of your bills and save £1,000s each year. Join us for a money masterclass to help reduce financial stress and worry.

1300-1345 + 15 min Q&amp;A	Resilience Strategies - Mindset &amp; High Performance 
Resilience is the capacity of an individual to deal effectively with stressors, pressures and challenges and perform to the best of their ability, irrespective of the circumstances in which they find themselves. This workshop focuses on strategies to cultivate a resilient mindset and raise self awareness.

1400-1445 + 15 min Q&amp;A	Breathwork - How to Use the Breath 
Breathwork techniques can help us connect and focus the mind memory, and help us disengage from distracting thoughts and painful feelings. Breathwork can be especially powerful to help improve energy levels, sleep and mental health. Here you will learn 3 simple breath techniques you can apply quickly and easily to help reduce stress.
