<p>This information event will introduce you to what makes us different as female athletes and how we can harness our special physiology to get the best out of ourselves athletically, while getting and staying healthy.We will go over the changes our bodies go through month to month and also over the course of our lives and how those changes can impact our health and performance.We will also focus on certain aspects of health that are especially important for female athletes: bone health, iron status and some simple things we can do to improve symptoms we may experience when hormone levels are changing.</p><p></p>
