<h3>Get ready to party Oxford! Big Fish Little Fish are coming to town! </h3><p><strong>SOLD OUT:</strong> both sessions are sold out but we are back here Sunday 9th October with Altern8. <a href="https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/362967685117" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ticket here</a></p><p>We&#x27;re starting off the festival season at The Tap Social Movement for a light and bright family rave. There will be an outdoor area with marquees with a pizza stall :) </p><p>Expect a wicked set from Disco Shed co-creator, DJ Count Skylarkin, who will be channelling the vibes of a thousand festivals to lay down a midsummer mix of disco, dancehall, garage, rave and d&#x27;n&#x27;b delights.</p><p>Come let your hair down on our a multi-sensory dancefloor filled with bubbles, balloons, confetti cannons, snow foam as well as a giant parachute dance finale. </p><p>NEWS: As part of the Camp Bestival warm-up tour the event will feature the Camp Bestival Craft area with things to make and do. PLUS a chance for one lucky attending family to WIN A TICKET TO CAMP BESTIVAL. The randomly chosen family will be announced/contacted during the event.</p><ul><li>&#x27;Reliably excellent&#x27; - The Guardian </li><li>&quot;Worth having kids for&quot; - BFLF First Timer</li><li>2014 - 2019 Best Family Event - National Family Arts Festival Awards</li></ul><p>All ages are very welcome, but activities are designed with 0-8 years olds in mind. </p><h3>There will be…..</h3><ul><li>Craft and playdoh tables </li><li>Giant colouring-in mural</li><li>Baby Chill area with small ball pool, mats and tents (non-walkers only)</li><li>Toddler Area (ideal for 4 and under)</li><li>Licensed bar and snacks (additional fee) </li></ul><p>Please email Sophie at sophie@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk, if you have any questions.</p><h2>IMPORTANT INFO (but a tad boring)</h2><h3>COVID cancellation protection</h3><p>If for any reason we need to cancel the event due to COVID you will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next event</p><h3>Stairs/Accessibility</h3><p>Wheelchair access to the first-floor dance area is available (the second-floor mezzanine is only accessible by stairs but this will be the baby chill area).  There is a toilet on the ground floor but this is not a fully accessible toilet with the required hand rails.</p><h3>Toilets and nappy changing facilities</h3><p>There are toilets on the ground floor and a changing table will be available. There will be no high chairs available. </p><h3>Prams/buggies/general kid stuff </h3><p>There is very limited storage space available, please leave prams behind if possible. Valuables (including kids) are the parent&#x27;s responsibility. Prams will not be allowed on the dance floor. Slings are encouraged and are cool!</p><h3>SEND Ravers</h3><p>Everyone is welcome on the dancefloor! If you, or your child, has any additional requirements, please get in touch. We have a range of measures that can help make your visit as comfortable as possible. Email sophie@bigfishlittlefish.co.uk for more info</p><h3>What’s the refund policy? </h3><p>There is a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else. If well in advance of a sold-out event please email ophie@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk so we can try and match you with someone on the waiting list. </p><p>If within 24hours of the event then please post them to sell on the Facebook event page. Please inform us if you post on Facebook, as we validate these posts</p><h3>Safety</h3><p>Adults remain responsible for their children at all times</p><p>Adult only groups are not admitted. A max of 3 children per adult in a family.</p><p>The event will be busy. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together. </p><p>For indoor events, low lighting/club lighting rigs (no strobes) are used. BFLF Crew will monitor the stairs.</p><p>Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating</p><p>Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance</p><h3>Large Groups</h3><p>If attending as a large party please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email sophiebflf@gmail.com for pre-approval before buying tickets</p><p>Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants are free (but ticketed). Please purchase bear in mind the age your child will be at the time the event will take place. It will cost more on the door (if tickets are available)</p><h3>Sound Level</h3><p>The music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines.  Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.</p><h3>Photography/Marketing</h3><p>We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes</p><p>When you purchase a ticket through Eventbrite you will automatically get added to our mailing list so that we can send you any important event information as well as future events. You can unsubscribe at any time.</p><h3>Just a reminder...</h3><p>Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kid&#x27;s music, games, or DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together. DJs will be announced in advance of each party via Twitter and Facebook but may be subject to unavoidable change.</p><p></p>
