Kundalini Yoga classes held in a beautiful private studio in Bounds Green ,Classes are for an hour followed by 15 minutes of deeply relaxing GongKundalini is known as the yoga of awareness. The combination of dynamic postures and breathing strengthen and tone the muscles ,whilst balancing both the nervous and glandular systems. Kundalini lowers stress levels helps anxiety, it is a complete mind and body workout. resulting in a feeling of wellbeing and serenity. Beginners are welcome. no experience is necessary. Nina teaches in a gentle, friendly manner, although classes are strong.Nina has been practising Kundalini for over 12 years , she is a qualified Kundalini and sound Teacher
