Casting & audition workshop with Kristina Erdely

Join us for our first June workshop with renowned casting director Kristina Erdely.Kristina is a London based casting director, producer with 14 years experience of working on British, American and International productions.Kristina is a sought after workshop leader, having been an actor herself for 17 years, her respect and love for actors is very much felt in the room, and she has the ability to put actors at their ease, knowing what it is like to be on the other side of the camera.At the workshops we will work on scenes from TV and Film I cast, I will distribute these prior to the workshop, giving you time to learn them. We will focus on casting for the screen, but we will also focus on how to listen to our gut, whilst also gathering as much information from the scene as it can possibly provide. We will also work on cold reading, you will be partnered up with others to read in for them, as so often actors are caught off guard at a casting being asked if they could audition for a different role for what they prepared.We will also talk about self tapes and you will also have the opportunity to take part in a Q&amp;A. This workshop is 16+**If participants are unable to come to the workshop, they are able to request a refund (excluding Eventbrite&#x27;s fee) up to 4 days before the workshop (in line with Equity&#x27;s self-tape &amp; audition turn around time <a href="https://www.equity.org.uk/at-work/guides/code-of-best-practice-for-self-tape-and-zoom-auditions/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">guidelines</a>). After this, we are unfortunately unable to give a refund, but participants are welcome to give their ticket to another actor, given they are comfortable with the shorter self tape turn around time.**
