Join EPR Architects and celebrated ceramicists Clayground Collective at the RSBC (Royal Society for Blind Children) Life Without Limits Centre for an immersive sensory clay workshop where participants will work together to build their own interpretation of an animated city.Known internationally for working collaboratively to engage communities through clay, Clayground Collective will be leading the tactile session that is accessible and open to all. With a focus on materiality, the aim is to empower the participants to connect with clay solely through the act of touch - helping them understand how blind and vision impaired people connect with the material world around them.With the opportunity to practice the use of visual memory, the workshop will enable participants to fully engage in art-making and individual expression - working together to create one large sculptural piece by using other senses to their fullest extent.
