PROGRAMME OUTLINEThe Soulful Leadership programme will bring you clarity on your own vision, mission and values, empowering you to lead authentically: <ul><li>You will develop a deeper understanding of ‘what you do’ as well as ‘who you really are’ as a leader. </li><li>You will learn to be at peace with the decisions you make, have clarity of direction on how you want your team to move forwards and owning your unique leadership style. </li><li>You will connect with other like-minded, values-based leaders, learning to be courageous in your vulnerability and lead with purpose, soul purpose! </li></ul>PROGRAMME OVERVIEW<ul><li>Session 1 - Introduction to Soulful Leadership and Resilient Leaders Elements. Create your soulful leadership mantra </li><li>Session 2 - Clarity of direction. Deeply understanding your values, purpose and Ikigai </li><li>Session 3 - Awareness. How you speak your truth and challenge your self-limiting beliefs </li><li>Session 4 - Leadership presence. Harnessing courageous vulnerability, authenticity and acknowledging imposter syndrome </li><li>Session 5 - Resilient decision-making.
