She trained with Relate, The Bowlby Centre and in Emotion focused Therapy (EFT) for couples after a previous career as a nurse. She also has an MA in History and has worked on oral history projects and sees her interviewing and storycollecting as borrowing from that tradition too. After working for 25 years with clients in difficulty she had a strong curiosity to hear how contented couples describe their experience.Dr Kathrine Bejanyan is a practicing therapist and relationship consultant in Central London. She works with individuals and couples on love, dating and relationship issues with a focus on building deeper intimacy, connection and authenticity in their love life. Outside of her private practice, Kathrine is a speaker, consultant, as well as a lecturer in psychology. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. She is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with a license as a Marriage Family Therapist from the United States.
