The Awenydd Journey of the Four Winds Training is an empowerful and comprehensive program that guides individuals on a transformative journey of self-healing, self-discovery with the ability to hold space for others and support others on their journey.The program begins in the south (level 4) and progresses through the west (level 5), north (level 6), and east (level 7), with each direction offering unique supportive and empowering qualities. T﻿his is a four year training, though some may choose to only do level 4 at first (one year training). Together the group can gradually discover the depths of this work, with practices to assist self-healing in ourselves and others. And, for those who choose to complete the full program south, west, north and east (levels 4, 5, 6, and 7) and the reflective journals, an option to obtain a practitioner certification is available. Therefore, this requires a little commitment. To make it as easy as possible to weave this into your everyday life, the commitment is around 2 hours per week. It also requires willingness and openness to look within for self-healing..﻿.........................................................................................................................S﻿ome extra notes: The impact of this work on my life, and the lives of others, has been truly transformative. For over 9 years I experienced almost constant, intermittent paralysis with crippling neurological pain with a poor prognosis. After years of trying what I could to get better in that time, from medication to pain management programs to basic meditation, it is this work that I am sharing here that has been truly core to my improving my health to a place where I can work to assist others again.I have chosen to offer this program, which I know from experience is worth thousands of pounds, at a low suggested donation, with opportunities for skill sharing as I would prefer others not to have to experience the level and length of pain like I did, if there is even a chance of this work assisting even a little. I feel that everyone should have access to the tools and knowledge that have helped me and others on this journey, regardless of their financial situation. Therefore, please, please contribute whatever feels comfortable and aligned with your own financial situation and please feel free to talk to me about your needs in relation to this and together we can work something out that feels good for both of us.S﻿uggested contribution is £15 a session. This includes the training, many resources, and support outside the training too. This can be given weekly, in groups of 7 or 10 sessions, or for ease and commitment, all at once. Skillshare is accepted of a suggested one hour for each session. A combination of financial and skillshare contributions are also accepted.The optional pre-training one to one session is of a reduced offer, of suggested £40. This can be given in full, or in parts. Please do get in contact if you need further information.Due to the depth of this course, which gradually builds step by step, missed sessions will need to be taken. While some can be done via a video recording, due to the experiential and deep nature of this work, most require the supervision of a facilitator.These sessions will be scheduled separately and may incur an additional fee of up to £40 per hour, depending on the practice or there may be a skillshare option in some cases. =﻿====================================================================ImportantWe strive for inclusivity at all of our events, and welcome individuals from all walks of life who share a respect for others. All questions are appreciated.Be kind and mindful of your thoughts and feelings: Be mindful of your thoughts and feelings towards others and respect the sacred space held during the session.Be able to find a private space. If working online, a private space is essential for privacy and confidentiality of other group members. Bei sober during the session to enable yourself to be present for others.Act with integrity when working on others: When practising any technique on others, act with integrity and in their best interests.
