<p>We believe you are entitled to show up at work as your whole and best self. </p><p>And we also know that it can feel challenging, even impossible at times.</p><p>However, if you have an inkling that continuing as you are just isn’t for you, we’ve got you.</p><p>We are Heather Jeffries &amp; Ayesha Murray and we’ve created <strong>Authentically You, an interactive session which combines our expertise as presentation skills coach &amp; career coach.</strong></p><p>By bringing together our different areas of expertise, we’ll share a wide range of techniques and resources with you.</p><p>Our approach is holistic - encompassing heart, head, body and mind - as we guide you through an interactive experience designed to empower you.</p><p>You’ll come away with strategies to help you be the best version of yourself. So you can feel confident to show up as your whole, authentic self. </p><h3>P.S. The session is interactive in the truest sense of the word: screens on, opportunities to practice presenting, breakout sessions and journaling exercises.
