<h3>STREETGYM® URBAN ADVENTURE, LFA 2022</h3>This is your unique opportunity to come and enjoy the original one hour <a href="https://www.streetgym.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">StreetGym® </a>urban adventure training session. The sessions are absolutely FREE as part of the <a href="https://www.londonfestivalofarchitecture.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">London Festival of Architecture 2022</a> and run on Wednesday 8, 15, 22, 29 June, 2022, 1815 to 1915hrs. StreetGym® is the original urban, mind/body outdoor workout founded by British Army veteran and coach, <a href="https://johnwatsonallison.medium.com/finding-opportunity-in-adversity-john-watson-allison-frgs-frsa-48f5c8e7d3ae" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">John Watson Allison</a>. John also runs wellbeing and coaching service, <a href="https://motiontomind.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Motion to Mind™</a>It’s a one hour urban circuit all in and we start and finish at the same place. Expect to find places you’ve never seen, perform bodyweight based exercises in unusual places and come away with fresh ideas about when and where you can work out. We meet at the back end of the Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern side and then start to jog to a wide variety of workstations along the circular route. At each workstation we’ll be doing some fun stuff including body weight based exercises. Expect to run around 1 to 1.5miles, total with regular stops at workstations. Please note that we will be starting and finishing at the same spot every week for LFA 2022 however the routes will change so you’ll get to see a lot of London’s most iconic spots!KEY POINTS FOR THE SESSION:1. We don’t have a bag drop so please come ready to run.2. We don’t recommend bringing any valuables and can’t be held liable for any losses or damage.3. Please ensure you are adequately hydrated prior to the session.4. Please print off the <a href="https://www.streetgym.co.uk/parq.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">PAR-Q form</a>, read, sign and bring it along with you on the day. Don’t worry though, we’ll have spare copies. 5. You don’t have to be super fit as one the aims of StreetGym is to work as a team and ensure that everyone can complete the course. If you can run a mile and do a few press-ups you’ll be off to a flying start. 6. Please arrive slightly early as we like to get away on time. 7.
