Maria is an ANFT Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and Coach, EcoNidra Teacher, Therapetic writing teacher, story weaving facilitator and Mindfulness/ Compassion Teacher.She is the founder of Mindful Connections where she facilitates both individual, group and private experiences to help increase balance, stillness and much needed rest.She works with public groups, 1:1 individualised coaching & mentoring and private teams to help promote  wellbeing, balance and resilience.After a period of work related burn out in 2001 and 2002, Maria found a path to her own restoration during a solo journey along the West Coast of Ireland.She is dedicated to helping  others find their own balance, stillness and rediscovery through the healing power of Nature and Connection, natural silence and self care practices.

These sessions of EcoNIDRA are deeply relaxing and they allow you to step out of the busy demands of the day and into a space of peace and rest.Its where Yoga Nidra meets Nature Connection. EcoNIDRA is the voice that reconnects; reconnects you to the planet, the earth and to your own true nature.You will be guided through a triple journey - through your senses, your body and the earth.You do not need to speak at any part of this session and we invite you to attend with your camera off.Instead, we will be inviting you to lie down on your back with pillows and blankets for comfort and simply allow yourself to be guided by my voice.(Best experience via headphones/EarPods)Facilitated through the Insight Timer AppFree to join - although donations are accepted.
