Multi-Me- connects people with learning disabilities, their families and people who support them on one social platform.

Multi Me is a secure, online social platform for individuals with disabilities and the circle of people that support them in their daily lives. The platform has a range of accessible tools designed to give people a voice and enable them to have choice and control in their life. We want to explore how both families and professionals can use this platform for greater collaboration for person centred planning in achieving shared outcomes. Join us to hear more about the Multi-Me platform and how it can work to support the people you work with. There will also be an opportunity to hear from some of the families that use it. Come and explore how Multi-Me can help you as a individual or organisation and the people you support.
