<p>Within the Specialist Library Support (SLS) service, colleagues support one or more specialist library area although they may not initially have any relevant expertise. </p><p>This session will share the active induction model which Phil built as part of his PGCert coursework to define, measure and encourage colleagues as they learn new areas so that they can better support students and researchers. The session will include time to practice using a sample of the framework and considering how it might be adapted to work with your team.</p>
