The Italian Garden

Mindfulness practices can help us to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. Come and join Vicki to start your mindfulness journey in the beautiful surroundings of The Italian Garden at Great Ambrook. During the workshop you’ll learn the science behind mindfulness and the actual physical changes that can happen in the brain with regular mindful practise. We’ll look at how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily routines and practise some mindfulness exercises. By the end of the workshop you’ll have a good understanding of mindfulness, the benefits and how you can continue your mindfulness journey. Currently limited to 8 people to allow plenty of personal interaction. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring a camp chair or yoga mat. Simple refreshments will be provided. The workshop will include a short guided tour of the garden. ‘I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Vicki is lovely. I feel I have confidence and practical solutions now to help me with my anxiety. I would definitely recommend.’All profits go towards the restoration and planting of the garden.
