&quot;All ideas into creation&quot; is the motto for The Creative Well Being Experience.This Workshop will be hosted at The Lane London and delivered by Taylor Grace, Your Multidisciplinary Practitioner and Creative Well Being Ambassador.Our collaborative Practitioner on the day will be Sound Healing Facilitator, Malgorzata Kosmala.Whom will take you for a sonic,sensual Journey with the use of the Gong and a variety of instruments.This will be an experiential and interactive workshop focusing on the Mind and Body.Well Being is often spoken about but not practised (observational)So! The intention is to invite and create opportunity for participation in a variety of activities and build a community framework. These experiences will be developed for continual practice, Future Focus,Peer Leadership,Well Being initiatives and Annual events.*Suitable for 18 +*Comfortable wear recommend *Light Refreshments provided
