Help to build a food growing network in Lewisham. Tour of Horniman, meet Grow Lewisham’s Growmobile, exchange skills and resources.

The <a href="https://www.goodfoodlewisham.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Good Food Lewisham</a> Network (<a href="https://www.lewishamlocal.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lewisham Local</a>, <a href="https://www.growlewisham.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Grow Lewisham</a> and others) are hosting a Food Growing networking event on Tuesday 21st June 6 - 8pm at <a href="https://www.horniman.ac.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Horniman Museum and Gardens</a>. Free food and refreshments, tour of Horniman gardens and buildings and meet Grow Lewisham’s <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CY6TrPCtJSX/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Growmobile</a>! There will be a mix of short presentations, interactive sessions and open socialising. We are inviting anyone with a Lewisham connection to come along and discuss what they would like a food growing network in Lewisham to look like and to get involved in building it.We aim to: - Connect growing projects and individuals- Map and build a network - Share and exchange skills and resources - Learn from inspiring case studies of groups and networks - Increase food growing, associated skills and make use of unused land Please email helen@lewishamlocal.com if you have any questions or would like to get more involved in organising this event or in the Good Food Lewisham network.
