Fringe Arts Bath (FaB) aims to raise the profile of contemporary visual arts in Bath and beyond, providing early-career and emerging Curators and Artists with a platform for development as well as opportunities to test their ideas beyond the gallery-based arts scene.FaB facilitates collaborative projects between Curators, Artists and commissioning bodies throughout the year, we are interested in hearing about new initiatives you might have.

The Grapes Pub

Playground collective invite you to a walking De-tour in the city of Bath, with some playful and unexpected elements. Explore public space through prompts for movement, creating a multi-sensory experience.They will incorporate some conventional elements of the city-tour and some playful and unexpected elements. Narratives will cover the historical and sociopolitical context of Bath, with a focus on the element of water, on humour, and on ordinary elements of the city landscape. Additionally, we invite you to explore public space through prompts for movement, creating a multi-sensory experience of the city, and you will be invited to write and draw on our pamphlet and, thus, create your own map of experiencing the city of Bath.
