Have you ever sat down and wondered: I wish someone solved this problem for me. I wish there was an app for that.Do you want to be the person who makes that happen?In our Autumn series of workshops, the Lincolnshire Open Research and Innovation Centre will help you in exploring that, with this workshop focusing on your marketing. You don&#x27;t need to become a data scientist to improve your data intelligence. However, SMEs do need to understand the fundamental principles of marketing and be able to utilise some key market research tools; not only to garner relevant intelligence to inform their marketing planning but to convert their data into insights.This free, interactive workshop takes participants through a variety of marketing tools (SWOT, PEST, Competitor Analysis and Positioning and Product Life-cycle) that can be implemented to inform any organisation&#x27;s marketing planning.Participants will also get a bespoke summary report sent through to them after the workshop. The event is being held face-to-face in the LORIC building in Lincoln.NB: This event is part of a series of workshops. While it is not mandatory to attend all of them, there will be some cross-cutting themes running through all of them.

The LORIC project is receiving up to £399,030 of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. Established by the European Union, ERDF funds help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regeneration.
