Charity Sea Swim starting from Hove Deep Sea Anglers Club raising money for Friends of Brighton &amp; Hove Hospitals Charity number 209414.Adults (16+) swim one, three or five miles.Juniors (12-16) swim 200 or 400 metres.Event specific training package available through our partners, Ocean Set https://www.oceanset.co.ukFree induction event for all swimmers.Fundraising Target £250.00 adults and £50.00 juniors.Swim along the Brighton &amp; Hove shoreline.Families and friends welcome - refreshments and facilities will be available.This event is open to experienced and less experienced swimmers. Those with little experience will need to join our training programme with Ocean Set.All participants must agree to our Terms and Conditions by enrolling for the event here and paying the entry fee.Terms and ConditionsDECLARATION For entrants 18 years and over: By completing an entry to the Big Brighton Sea Swim 2022, I am confirming that I have read and accept the terms and conditions for participation in this event.For entrants under 18 years: By completing an entry to the Big Brighton Sea Swim 2022, I am confirming that I am the parent/guardian of this entrant who is under 18 years and giving my consent for them to participate in this event. I accept the terms and conditions for participation in this event on behalf of the entrant and declare them as capable of completing the distance they have nominated. TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS 1.	Entrants declare that they are physically fit and capable of participating in this event and completing the distance they have nominated. They are not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will prevent participation in this event or will affect their health by participation.2.	Entrants consent to royalty-free use of their name, result, photographs, video and comments in any publications and marketing in relation to this event by the event organisers. You further consent to receiving information about future events and updates from Friends of Brighton &amp; Hove Hospitals and Sussex Dolphin Project.3.	Entry is only valid for the person whose details are entered on Eventbrite and is not transferable.4.	By agreeing to these terms and conditions, entrants release event organisers, from all claims connected with participation. Entrants indemnify the event organiser, sponsors, volunteers, and employees involved in this event directly or indirectly against all liability for any and all injury, loss or damage connected with the entrant’s participation.5.	For an entry to be valid, entrants must complete the entry form, and pay the required entry fee prior to the commencement of the event.6.	By entering this event, entrants consent to their personal information being used for media publication and announcement of results unless they specifically opt out at the time of registration.7.	Entrants accept that participation in this event is at their own risk and they accept that participating in this event may involve real risk of injury or death.8.	Entrants acknowledge they will participate and complete their nominated at their own risk.9.	Entrants acknowledge that should they withdraw for any reason, the entry fee is non-refundable.10.	Juniors (12-16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult who will remain on the beach at all times until their junior has completed the swim.
