Join Jooles and Lesley for a nurturing and connecting day retreat at the beautiful Turiya Yoga Studio near OswestryWe will gather together inspired by nature and the five elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether. This nature led day will include meditations, ceremony, mindful movement, journaling and sacred sounds. During the day we will be working with the ancient wisdom of the Rose. The Rose teaches us to soften and let go as we face the many changes on our journey. This retreat offers you an opportunity to gather with other women in held sacred space to pause and reflect, set intentions and be guided by nature and your own intuition.We will be spending time outdoors in the beautiful grounds of Turiya Yoga studio and inside in the studio too. A plant based lunch and refreshments are included. The day will run from 10am until 4pm.Sunday 4th Sept£65 What to bring: A journal, pen, and a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket and cushion to get cosy and comfortable clothes for movement. Lesley Wills for over 25 years has delivered many wellness workshops around the UK. Her passion for health and wellbeing has helped 100s of people. She is a qualified nutritional adviser, using the 5000 year old ancient principle of Ayurveda. A qualified trainer, teaching and advising functional movement using the Feldenkrais method among many other gentle methods, and the creator of the successful Follow your Bliss Cafe. She is now using her knowledge of biodynamic and organic growing to help projects in and around Oswestry**Sound baths are not suitable if you have sound induced epilepsy, suffer from severe mental health conditions or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.**If you have any form of epilepsy, or have an implant (e.g pacemaker, artificial heart valves, stent, shunt or deep brain stimulation device), or have cardiac arrythmias or are at any stage of pregnancy you may wish to discuss with your doctor before attending a sound bath.
