Looking for a welcoming and zen yoga class to finish your week? Join us for classes incorporating traditional yoga methods with mindfulness!

The Rivergate Centre

FREE yoga classes with Katie that will infuse traditional yoga methods with mindfulness and light meditation to help with stress, difficulties sleeping, aches, pains and to make you feel energised and positive for the week ahead. Bring clothes appropriate for yoga and a bottle of water. Please also bring a mat and towel.Tickets are FREE but you must register to attend.When and Where?The Rivergate Centre, Minter Rd, Barking IG11 0FJTuesdays 6.45pm to 7:45pmTicketsTickets must be booked in advance. There are a limited number of places available, so tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The event is free if you are a resident of Thames View, Barking Riverside, Waverley Gardens, Scrattons Farm or a surrounding area.T&amp;CsBy registering for a ticket to this event, you give consent for you and all members of your party to be photographed and filmed. Your image will be used in marketing by Thames Ward Community Project and partners on various platforms including, but not exclusive to social media, website, press and other marketing platforms. Your image may be used for up to 5 years.Getting ThereStreet parking is available but limited.
