Let&#x27;s create a sacred space to awaken our senses &amp; open deeper to connection with self &amp; the beautiful human beings who join us for this journey.This will be a sober space where everyone with a conscious, positive &amp; curious approach to their sensuality is welcome, especially if you are conscious of your boundaries &amp; willing to honour the sacredness of your being as well as that of another &amp; to bring your gifts &amp; talents &amp; to serve others rather than to perform.We will start with verbal sharings about how are feeling &amp; our intentions. We will then allow our bodies to move &amp; dance to help us to arrive more fully. There will then be structures to connect with our truth through boundaries &amp; consent, an exploration of the senses using the delicious snacks brought to the temple, followed by massage with sensuous almond/coconut oil, &amp; an open temple space with structures inviting interaction with others to the level you feel comfortable. We will begin closing our temple with a closing circle for embodied verbal sharings @ 23:30.This is an intimacy+ space to invite us to notice &amp; let go of our judgements &amp; social conditioning around themes so fundamental for life. All forms of connection such as cuddles, embraces, eye gazing, sitting together in silence &amp; authentic verbal communication are very welcome. What happens in the temple depends very much on the energy of the group so each temple is different; you may desire to create a cuddle puddle or something completely different during the open temple space. This is an invitation to be in your True Self. There is no obligation to participate in anything you do not desire. There will be a space to relax &amp; be alone if you desire to have your own space.When:Journey begins Saturday 13/08/22 @ 19:00. Doors close @ 19:15Journey ends Sunday 14/08/22 @ 00:00- The doors open at 19:00. We will not be able to let you in before this time as we will be setting up and preparing for your arrival. If you arrive earlier we invite you to relax in a nearby café (check on Google)- The doors close at 19:15, no access is permitted after this time. Punctuality would be appreciatedWhere:A venue in Stroud Centre, 13 mins walk from Stroud Rail Station (full address will be provided 2 days prior to the event day)Free parking is available outside the venue &amp; nearby (please check online for more details on receipt of address) What to bring: <ul><li>Your favourite 1 sweet &amp; 1 savoury vegan gluten-free snack (e.g. chocolate, biscuits, crackers, guacamole, houmous, crisps, berries, ready cut fruit) to support the co-creation of our temple space &amp; to ensure you receive the delicious foods you desire. Please do not bring foods that need to be prepared/cut etc. @ the venue as there is no facility available for this. Due to recent experiences we request you read the ingredients of anything you would like to bring before purchasing so as to avoid bringing foods that are not vegan &amp; gluten-free</li><li> a sarong/towel/blanket for use during the massage &amp; to sit on (for hygiene reasons)</li><li>a cushion if you do not feel comfortable sitting on the beautiful wooden floor</li><li>bedsheets, duvets or any other nesting materials if you do not feel comfortable lying on the beautiful wooden floor</li><li>anything else you own which you feel you might like to use on the night</li></ul>Preparation:- We suggest wearing something you feel comfortable in e.g. beautiful shirt or dress, silk trousers, silk boxers or lingerie- We request you join us freshly washed and avoid using strongly scented items such as aftershave/perfumes- This is a sober event so please don’t consume any drugs or alcohol on the day. Anyone arriving intoxicated will be denied entry without refund- We ask you to keep our community safe by taking a lateral flow test on the day of our temple &amp; to refrain from attending if you have any C-19 symptomsFAQs- Experience of having participated in similar spaces is not essential- All ages, genders, race, social backgrounds, orientations &amp; relationship types are welcome- Maximum capacity is limited to 30 people- Soft drinks &amp; light vegan snacks will be provided- We recommend staying until the end when we will have our closing circle @ 23.30, however if you need to leave earlier then please let us know - We will aim to keep the event gender balanced even though genderless &amp; non-binary beings are warmly invited.
