When was the last time you said YES to your-self? Focused simply on your own needs, desires, goals and dreams? In this (upcoming) we will journey together to a space where we meet, explore and discover our ideal self.Perhaps it is something you have not asked yourself before or perhaps you already have a vision of who you would like to be and how you would like to experience this life.Ancient teachings tell us “ask and you shall receive” and “to feel as if it is already here”. But how exactly does that work? Anything we can think of and imagine already exists somewhere, but many times we hold on to stories that are outdated and we keep them alive purely out of habit.Only visualizations by themselves are not really effective either as a vision alone can feel too far out of reach and not connected to us at all. This can slow down or even stop our manifestation of being born in the first place.To combat this obstacle and to draw a vision closer to us, we have the opportunity to align with the exact vibrations and frequencies that are needed to make it a reality. This session is designed to give you the opportunity to dive deeper and connect energetically with your ideal self. To get as close as possible to your ideal future we will explore your current experiences and beliefs and question the stories you tell yourself about your life right now through self-inquiry. We will then release what no longer serves us and instead incorporate new, more supporting ideas.The highlight will be a powerful journey in which we combine your vision with the desired feelings to then find the right vibration and higher frequencies to get it all off the ground. To harmonize the unity of your heart and mind we are going to utilize the magic of an ancient breathing technique. This in itself will bring this experience to a whole new level. You might receive new ideas, supportive messages, a new sense of direction and crystal clear clarity.Last but not least we will give thanks for this experience and connect with the gratitude in our hearts. Gratitude holds a very high vibration in itself and the more we can stay within this space the universe will give us more (and faster) what we want.All the different exercises and tools that we are going to introduce to you will not only enhance your intuition and help you speak your dreams into reality, you will be also able to use them by yourself even after the workshop is completed.
