<h1>Meno- Roots (Northampton) </h1><h3>Irritable, Anxious, Sweaty, Sleepy, Bloated, Forgetful… sound familiar?, let’s ‘pause’ for a moment… welcome your second spring...emerge with a new and more confident voice in this natural time of transition. </h3><h3>Embrace the future ahead and look forward to opportunities for new-found creativity and new beginnings.</h3><p>Welcome to Pink Rooster Charity’s first Menopause support group.   Our mission is to shed welcome light on this taboo subject, ‘MENOPAUSE’; it’s a fact of life!</p><p>Come along, chill and connect with a group of like-minded women, collaborate, bust the ‘M’ taboo, and discover ways to share our journey. </p><p>The first meeting will be an open forum for us to share our experiences or just relax and listen.  It’s up to you how you want to participate; there is no right or wrong.  We want the group to decide what subjects will be up for discussion and discovery, for the following monthly meetings.  We will have a fun and exciting programme to bring you from doctors, key experts, professionals, and women like you to learn and support each other in a safe community.</p>
