Join us this Autumn in the atmospheric TOKC courtyard garden with live-fire cooking &amp; Big Green Eggspert, Ross Anderson for a lively and interactive masterclass event. Cost: £120 per person What you will learn: <ul><li>How to cook easy meals on a kamado style BBQ to warm people up on the cold Autumn nights. </li><li>An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management</li><li>Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire</li><li>The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients </li><li>Takeaway notes and recipes (emailed following the event)</li></ul>What you will drink / eat:<ul><li>Welcome TOKC cocktail</li><li>Shakshuka with duck eggs and toasted cumin crumb</li><li>Nepalese Gurkha chicken Baart</li><li>Classic Irish Stew</li><li>Home-made soda Bread</li><li>Braised saffron and sultana rice</li><li>Beer, wine and soft drinks to accompany the meal</li></ul><aside>Covid-safe.
