Join us for a series of meditation, relaxation and sound healing workshops inspired by our new artist, Lauren Baker.

Join us for an evening of re-energising, recharging and relaxing, as we unveil the latest works of British contemporary artist Lauren Baker.Lauren's multidisciplinary work explores the human connection, metaphysics and the expansiveness of the universe. In celebration of Lauren's life and work, we are hosting a fabulous range of workshops including sound baths, meditation and chakra healing work. There will be a refreshing selection of herbal teas available to accompany the experience with a master guide into how the different blends provide their own benefits for your immune system, mindfulness and relaxation. Numbers are limited, so be sure to reserve your place!
