Summer Salt Network Gathering

Christian Aid has worked in partnership with the private sector over many years, but the Salt Business Network provides a new opportunity to deepen this relationship. We are inviting business leaders to work with us, and with each other, to create a unique movement that unites the strengths of faith and business to tackle global poverty. This network will be motivated to learn about, support and engage in sustainable solutions for some of the world’s poorest communities, re-framing what it means to be in business.Christian Aid is a Christian organisation that insists the world can and must be swiftly changed to one where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty. We provide urgent, practical and effective assistance where need is great, tackling the effects of poverty as well as its root causes.

We would like to invite you to our next Salt Network gathering in Edinburgh, taking place at Indigo Yard on Friday 26 August.

Indigo Yard

This is a great opportunity for you to network with other members of Salt as well as to introduce your friends and colleagues to the network. We will have a short talk from Marshall Dallas, Chief Executive of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, who is doing some exciting things in the city. We will then spend the evening enjoying food and drink and networking. You are invited to join us from 5:30pm. We will start at 6pm with a short presentation followed by food. This is an informal evening so feel free to leave when you need to or stay as long as you want. We do hope you will be able to join us for this event and would love it if you could bring friends/colleagues you know who would be interested in hearing more about our work.
