Our topic for this event is: What is a reasonable adjustment?We’ll explore this through:<ul><li>Guided discussions in breakout rooms</li></ul><ul><li>Sharing insights, knowledge and lived experience</li></ul><ul><li>Creating action points to take away and put into practice as individuals and organisations </li></ul>We are building an accreditation for companies to dive deep into accessibility and inclusion in the workplace and what they should be held accountable for. From job ads and interviewing to work culture, leadership and continuous learning beyond the basic accessibility and inclusion policies.
