Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre

Part of the South Downs National Park&#x27;s <a href="https://www.southdowns.gov.uk/renaturefestival2022/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">#ReNature Festival</a>, Andy Gattiker, lead ranger for the South Downs Way, will take a small group on a guided tour of the South Downs Way from Seven Sisters Country Park. Celebrating its 50th year, the South Downs Way National Trail officially opened as the UK&#x27;s first long-distance bridleway on 15 July 1972. Starting from the newly-refurbished Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre, this 3 mile/4.8km looped walk will take in the iconic chalk grassland - a species-rich habitat, with pockets found right along the South Downs Way. Those signing-up should ensure they are able to walk for 2 hours, including up and down hill. You will also need to wear sturdy shoes or boots suitable for walking, along with water, hat, sunscreen and a raincoat as fine weather cannot be guaranteed. Please be sure to arrive at the Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre 15 minutes before the start of the walk. This walk is limited to 30 people.
