ANTI DIET RIOT CLUB is a rebellious-spirited community, dedicated to fighting back against ‘Diet Culture’ and the dangerous body and beauty ideals that come with it. We believe in fat liberation, radical self love and the reclamation of our bodies against a society that teaches us to mistrust them.Our events give a platform to the many campaigners, scientists, writers and artists that are themselves fighting for these concepts. They're often educational, sometimes creative, and we hope always fun! Our mission is to give people practical tools, not just inspiring statements, that means they walk away with a better understanding of how to live a more intuitive, diet free, self-accepting life.

Join us for the most chilled hour of your month; our body positive, life drawing sessions on Zoom that are suitable for all levels.

EVERY 4TH WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTHJoin us every 4th Wednesday of the month from the comfort of your home for an intimate session exploring the naked form with body positive models from our anti diet community.WHY LIFE DRAWING?Regular attendance to life drawing (and seeing different types of naked bodies) is proven to have a correlation with positive body image...and over the past two years we've found it to be empowering for drawer and model alike.Throughout the pandemic Anti Diet Riot Club have been hosting our life drawing workshops on Zoom with up to 200 people joining at a time, with some people calling it "the most peaceful hour of my entire lockdown" ;)<h3>This is NOT a serious art class!</h3>This is a drawing workshop suitable for ALL levels and abilities. We'll play fun drawing 'games' and silly activities to inspire creativity and to get rid of our inner perfectionists. We believe we should foster creativity and play more than we do in our adult lives; so we draw for the sake of drawing, rather than to produce flawless art.Even if you haven't drawn since you were a child, you'll enjoy this hour of mindful creation.DETAILSDoors to zoom event open at 7pm (workshop starts at 7.05pm)Once you buy tickets you'll be given the Zoom meeting link and the password.You'll need to bring your own materials such as:<ul><li>paper or notepad (even lined paper is fine)</li><li>pencils, pens, highlighter, felt tips, crayons, chalks - anything you have laying around the house</li><li>no need for any other fancy materials!</li><li>your laptop or phone with the <a href="https://www.bates.edu/helpdesk/2020/03/23/how-to-zoom-downloading-and-installing-the-zoom-application-prior-to-your-first-zoom-meeting/#:~:text=To%20download%20and%20install%20the%20Zoom%20Application%3A,start%20your%20first%20Zoom%20Meeting." target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Zoom app downloaded</a> </li></ul>TWO TIER TICKETSWe don’t want limited funds preventing anyone, especially people from marginalised groups, from attending.Therefore there are two tiers of tickets and we encourage those with the ability to pay the higher ticket price to do, meaning the lower price tickets can be bought by those in traditionally marginalised communities or who are struggling due to the pandemic. Please get in touch with info@antidietriotclub.co.uk for the limited comp tickets for those who cannot afford £5 at this moment.
