<p>New Covent Garden Market is one of London’s huge, but largely un-noticed hubs for businesses that work predominantly through the night, selling product to people who come to market and also delivering tonnes and tonnes of fruit, veg and flowers across the region before the alarms go off in the majority of people’s bedrooms.  The talk starts at 7pm.</p>
