The fifth event in our ACE & PCF 'Transforming Public Bodies' event series.

In this session we will invite ACE &amp; PCF members to explore the changing employee experience. The pandemic, the challenging economic environment and societal shifts are having a significant impact on the employee experience and expectations. As public bodies seek to drive ever greater efficiencies and savings in public service delivery, it is important, if challenging, to remain attentive to shifting employee expectations. In this session we will look into the issues of today and explore possibilities for the future. We will invite members to share insights from experiences and consider a strategic view on the rapidly evolving public body employee experience.T﻿his event will now take place exclusively online.
