Block Printing Workshop with Keng Keng WattCreate washable fabric pieces using relief block print techniques and flowers, plants and leaves as inspiration to create prints and patterns. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions on the day, for the printing and natural dye workshop please wear old clothes or bring an apron. About the Artist/FacilitatorKeng Keng is a community activist and experimental milliner based in Glasgow. She has been involved with various community-based racial, environmental, and social justice movements around Scotland and in London. Running arts workshops has been a key element of her work in recent years – She mainly makes banners, using screen-printing and block-printing techniques as a gentle ‘way-in’ to speak about important but difficult subjects.
