Woodland Wonders forest school provide forest school programmes for schools and communities, holiday activities, birthday parties and parent and child groups in the Chichester, West Sussex area."Leave only footprints and take only memories"We have a passion, deep respect and life long love of the outdoors and the natural world around us and through our work at Woodland Wonders we aim to teach and nurture children and all those that use our forest school our ethos and their own deep and lifelong love of the outdoors and the natural world.Our forest school experiences aim to provide the stepping stones for children to release their potential and learn in a holistic and nurturing environment. Giving embedded learning opportunities through play in a beautiful woodland environment.

Join us in the woodlands and beat the boredom at our forest school Summer holiday club for adventurous kids.Funded by the WSCC Holidays and Activities Grant we are able to offer a FREE holiday club for children who are eligible for income assessed free school meals. Places are limited and booking is essential!Price: Funded places: Free for children who are eligible for income assessed free school mealsNon-funded places: £25.00 per child, includes a freshly prepared hot lunch. Free places eligibility criteria:<ul><li>Children should be in receipt of income assessed free school meals</li><li>Be aged between 5 and 11yrs old</li><li>Live within West Sussex area or attend a school in West Sussex</li></ul>FAQ:My child has food allergies: There is a section on the order form to complete with any food allergies. If you would like to discuss any food allergies or other requirements further please do get in touch.What to bring and wear:<ul><li>Refillable water bottle</li><li>Appropriate outdoor clothes and footwear for the time of year and weather.</li><li>Sun hat/sun cream</li><li>Wet weather clothes, trousers and coat (weather dependant)</li><li>Wellies for muddy wet days</li></ul>Cancellation and refund policy: If in the unfortunate event we are unable to run the session we contact everyone as soon as possible and paid for places will be offered a full refund.Funded places: If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact asap so that we can offer another child the funded space.Non-funded places: Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or transfer to another date if your child is unable to attend. What happens if the weather is bad? We will continue the session in most weathers and will put up tarps in wet weather or use site shelters dependant on the site used.Your information and how we use it Funded places: For funding purposes the details of all those who have booked a free place will be shared with WSCC Half Term Activities fund to record the success of the scheme and for their impact survey. Please note that WSCC will use your data to check your eligibility to their funding criteria.All bookings: At time of booking we require some information about you and your child, for example allergies, alternative needs or special requirements, first aid, email and emergency contact phone number. This information is only kept for the duration of the course or event and your contact number will only be used by us in the event of an emergency arising with your child or if we need to contact attendees prior to the event to give extra information. If you consent for us to use your email to contact about future events, this will only be used by Woodland Wonders (we do not pass these details onto any other 3rd party) and will be used only to send details of other events run by Woodland Wonders that we think you may be interested in. If you consent for photos to be used, these will only be used for our Facebook page, website and promotional purposes only and are not passed onto anyone else.
