Essex Working Well - workplace health & wellbeing support for your business

E﻿ssex Working Well has been running since 2011.   We are commissioned by Essex County Council to deliver free health and wellbeing support.  Essex Working Well delivers a wide range of support for Essex employers including Mental Health First Aid, resilience training, a wide range of guest speaker sessions and online and eLearning as well as a range of workplace programmes that will enable employers to set up a robust Health and Wellbeing Strategy and provide a range of health initiatives including:  NHS Health Checks and Lifestyle Checks, smoking support , weight management and mindfulness.W﻿hy not visit the site or request a meeting with a member of the team to discuss the options available.
