GrowBiz will be joined by Jane Shepherd MRTPI, from <a href="https://thetownplanner.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Town Planner</a> to give you information about the proposals and what you’ll need to do.If you have tourist accommodation (B&amp;B, Guest House, self-catering), it’s likely that you will need to apply for a Short-term Let License. Karen Martin, Enterprise Facilitator with GrowBiz, will be here to answer any questions.If you’re registered for Income Tax Self-Assessment and have turnover / income from rented properties of more than £10,000 you will need to use Making Tax Digital software from April 2024 for bookkeeping and upload information quarterly to HMRC.
