YARMONICSis a free sonic art and new music festival that celebrates the sounds, people and places of Great Yarmouth. It features installations, performances, workshops with local groups and talks. YARMONICS has invited a number of sound artists, musicians, writers and artists to create work that responds to specific spaces and places in Great Yarmouth

Hard Edges - &#x27;overtones and undertones&#x27;&#x27;overtones and undertones’ is a chance for you to experiment with improvising and composing as a group, develop some aural and rhythmic skills and just have a great time creating music with others. All instruments and all abilities welcome at this FREE project for ages 10+.The project will take place over 2 sessions - Tuesday 20th September, 7-9pm and Friday 23rd September, 1-4 pm at PRIMEYARC, Market Gates, Great Yarmouth NR30 2BG, with the option to perform at the YARMONICS Sonic Arts Festival in the early evening alongside the brass trio, Hard Edges - Chris Dowding trumpet, Dave Amis, trombone and Ben Higham, tuba, who will be leading the project.Come along and make some new music..!
