4 Week Parent Coaching Group
Coaching offers non-judgemental support and focuses on the things that are not working, obstacles and challenges.
My name is Laura. I’m a qualified Personal Development Coach and the mother of an Autistic daughter. My own years of isolation and fighting for support led me to retrain as a coach so I could be the person I needed during that journey.
I help clients build confidence, improve self-esteem and navigate challenges in relationships, health, family and work. Together, we can restore balance and reframe unhelpful thoughts.
I also work closely with Neurodivergent clients, using my lived experience to understand the unique difficulties they face. I’ve supported many parents and carers through 1:1 work with Bristol Autism Support and my own freelance work.
How could coaching help you?
