ABOUT THE TUTOR

Beth Jordan was born in India to Eurasian parents and raised between cultures, convent classrooms, and the shifting landscapes of migration. Her life has taken her from teaching and raising a family to building a long career in the antique textile and design world, travelling across India and China for more than three decades. Along the way, she studied Anthropology at Birkbeck College in London and kept diaries that eventually grew into her first memoir, Thank You for the Kiss - set in Cuba

Beth now brings her experience as a writer, coach, mentor, and cultural observer to help others find clarity, courage, and meaning in their own stories. Her approach is warm, steady, and deeply encouraging - perfect for anyone who has ever thought, I’d love to write, but I don’t know where to begin.

In this beginners’ workshop, you’ll explore simple, accessible ways to unlock memory, shape experience, and discover your voice on the page. No prior writing experience is needed — just curiosity, a willingness to explore, and the quiet belief that your story matters.

Come and begin your writing journey with Beth. Your story is waiting.
