How long is my ticket valid for on the night?

Tickets are valid until 20 minutes before the service starts. After this point, entry to the service will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We do ask that children under the age of 7 are not brought to this Carol service however we do welcome them at other services including the Family Carols.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either download and print your paper tickets at the link provided in your confirmation email or show them as e-tickets on the door.

Is there parking onsite?

Parking at Brompton Road is significantly reduced for this event and subject to delays upon exit. We recommend that you do not arrive by car.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can register for?

These services are always very busy therefore we impose a limitation of one booking per person (of up to 4 tickets). Any duplicated bookings made with the same email address will automatically be removed.

Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage facilities?

We regret that we are not able to provide a cloakroom or luggage storage facilities and will not be able to allow admittance to anyone carrying large luggage due to the limited space we have available.

Can I hold seats for friends on the night?

Seats are filled on a first come first serve basis and we are not able to let you save seats. Please wait for your full party to arrive before entering the building.

If on the day of the event, you are feeling unwell, please do stay at home to help us keep others safe.

How HTB uses your personal data?

Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) (data controller) will collect your personal data, for the purposes of administering the event as well as for the purpose of advertising, promotion, or for any other purpose in connection with the promotion of the Event or future events, in HTB’s campaigns and/or for other HTB promotional activities.  You can review HTB's privacy policy here to understand how you can exercise your rights.

Filming and Photography

Filming and photography will be taking place at this event. Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB), the data controller, may collect your image which will be used in events and for marketing and/or other ministry purposes on social media, websites and print media and will share any photos or footage with the Church Revitalisation Trust, Alpha International, St Paul’s Theological Centre, the HTB Network of churches, as well as staff, clergy, volunteers and contractors working for these organisations for their legitimate interests. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the event, please relocate to a “no film zone” or speak to a member of the hosting team, a camera operator or a photographer.”
